Belle- n. a girl who is most charming and beautiful

When asked who her favorite disney princess was, little sis didn't skip a beat to say Belle. Translated, Belle means a young girl who is most charming and beautiful. This family had three of them, and I was so excited to take pictures of them at Pemberton Park on such a gorgeous day!  Dad was a great sport, and he is so wonderful with his ladies that it melts the heart....Thansk for spending the afternoon with me.  Remember, 20 comments to the blog earns this famiy an 8x10 from their session...

They're Going to the Chapel...

Congratulations to Tabatha and Bentley on their marriage, and on a beautiful wedding!  When most of us are twelve we want to marry a celebrity( it's a little embarassing but i thought for sure it would be one of the New Kids on the Block for me!), but Tabatha knew even back then that Bentley was the man for her. These two wrote their own vows (yeah, i totally teared up when they read them....) and were just so sweet together!   I have never seen two families more excited or overjoyed to join together.  Congratulations again you two- thank you for allowing me to share in your special day.

Happy Mothers Day D!

Being a mother is one of the most important jobs to have, and one of the most wonderful things you can be blessed with. D is double blessed with two adorable little ones, that are both a lot of fun. They adopted big sis S (she is such a cuddlebug) and were such great parents that little A decided he just need to be a part of the family too. I had a lot of fun with you- -next year we will catch those azaleas in bloom!  Happy Mother's Day, and remember to leave some comment love for this family- 20 comments earns them an 8x10 from their session.

Mr. T

Mr. T was one week old the day of his big photo session, and was such a sweet little man. He definitely knew what he did and did not want to do, but for the most part was a gentleman. Very easy for me to say as I wasn't the one that required an outfit change, but I would say it was well worth it.  He might have made us work a little bit for these, but well worth it---he's just too cute!  Have a wonderful first mother's day P- it was a pleasure meeting you and the little guy.  Remember, 20 comments to the blog earns this family an 8x10...

It All Started 38 Years Ago...

I have photographed different parts of this amazing family for the last two years, but this was the first time that we got everyone together for a big family portrait! As grandmom was saying..."and to think this all started 38 years ago", to which one of her sons (I won't call anyone out....) quickly interjected.." don't want to hear about that".   BUt it's true, and look what an incredible bunch they are!  I was so worried all day that the weather wouldn't hold out, but it did, and it proved to be a lovely (if not a little huimid) afternoon at Pemberton Park. We explored a few new spots today--magic bridges, trails in the woods,  and the "waterfall", which certainly kept little man entertained!  Thanks so much for a fun afternoon (and a workout!).
