Dear Santa, I Am An Absolute Doll!

Today was so wonderful---I have been itching to take pics of this darling since she was just a bun in the (beautiful) oven, but Cooper coming early kinda botched our plans! To make it even better, it was wonderful to spend time with her mom, and to watch her and my little man holding hands and gazing adoringly at one another! Our goal was "the Christmas card photo" and I think we got a few for mom and dad to choose from. Love you guys!

Santas Little Helpers

There two cutie are ready for Santa to come vsit them, and they have been very nice this year! H is an adorable big sister, and little A is just adorable, although definitely at the "crawl away" age where she does nothing but zoom away from my camera the second she gets put down. We had fun today and took advantage of the beautiful warm day! Love ya A family!

A Girl and Her Dog!

So I knew we were going to have a great shoot today when this cutie showed up with a picture that she had colored just for me. Then I saw her outfit and couldn't wait to start shooting--she was so excited to--"is this one going to be for the front of the Christmas card, Mom"....now mom has some decisions to make! Great seeing you all again today!

Stunning Sisters

Today was such a treat--I always love it when I get to meet a family during their maternity sessions, and then be a part of those magical few days when they bring home their new baby, in this case a stunning baby girl, much like her older sister. Baby G and Big Sis G were just perfect little models today, and I think it is one of my favorite newborn sessions to date (can you tell that I couldn't choose my favorites?)! We got so many incredible images- mom and dad are going to have a tough time choosing. Oh well, that's what they get for having such beautiful daughters....

Little Man M

I was super excited to meet little man M when mom called to set up the session! There's something about those baby boys that gets me every time now (wonder why?!?!?)! Well, M was certainly a sweetie, and had quite the stubborn streak for a newborn. He was cracking me up - every time we would pose him he would shift back to the way he wanted to be, sometimes even sleeping through my meddling! But such a cutie. Loved him! Thanks so much T-- you're doing a wonderful job with your little man!

Awesome. Great. So Much Fun!

This family was so laid back and go with the flow, and that made my job "awesome, great, so much fun", as I told them when I was leaving. The kids (which, with the exception of 1, were really not so much kids) were so easy to work with, and ridiculously good looking- another bonus. And, I didn't have to chase them or jump up and down like a crazy person to get their attention-- a break from the norm. One word I didn't use today, but should have, was refreshing. I had a wonderful time with you all- hope you like!
