The Littlest Ladybug
This little sweetheart made mommy and daddy wait to meet her, and me too, but no complaints here- she was well worth the wait with her perfect skin and fuzzy blond hair. Plus, she was a cuddlebug to the extreme....maybe thats what makes this little lady such a perfect little ladybug- a special request from her beautiful momma! Thanks so much for a lovely afternoon, it was great meeting you. Oh, And don't be suprised if you come home one day and those vintage suitcases and organic cotton knits are missing :) Remember- 20 comments to the blog and little Miss E gets an 8x10 to hang in the nursery!
So Happy!
I was so happy to be able to shoot this little munchkin today- mommy and I go way back- we were friends in high school bridesmaids in each others weddings (seems like a long time ago, but not really), and now we are having kids at about the same time....so, the moment she announced she was pregnant, of course I started thinking pictures--woo hoo! I couldn't be any happier for her and her hubby welcoming their new "rommate" to the mix. Love you guys- so glad I was able to meet little baby girl E today- love her already too!

Sassy.
I first met this senior when we did family portraits last year, so when I got the email that it was time to do some senior pics, I was psyched. So, I pull up to the session, and as I do....big.....fat......raindrops...within minutes it was pouring. So we reschedule....and I had forgotten abou the beer festival- thankfully we caught it before the day of the session. So, third time is apparently a charm with this sassy senior. Can I tell you how much I loved her spunk....she kinda comes off as shy at first, but the twinkle in her eye says otherwise. Thanks for trusting me with your senior pics- enjoy your sneak peek B, and rememebr to get your frineds to comment- 20 of them and I'll give you an 8x10 or a set of wallets of your favorite image.

Sunday at the Beach
We couldn't have been any luckier with the weather on Sunday--it was the perfect evening on Assateague, and spent with the perfect little family too! Only downfall is that I had to leave my couch in the middle of Ravens overtime----the price we pay..... Anyway, big sister is such a doll , the twins were the easiest babies I have worked with in a while...the puppy was so behaved...and mom and dad weren't too tough to work with either :) Sorry it took me a few days to get this up for you guys---it was such a pleasure working with you---enjoy, and remember to pass along to friends and family-- 20 comments on the blog and an 8x10 is yours for the taking!
All Boy, And Then Some More Sprinkled On Top!
This handsome little fella was a handful for me the other afternoon- definitely kept me on my toes! After chasing him around on his Gator and convincing him not to cry every time I pointed the camera at him, we got off to a high energy start. But, what can I say--boys will be be boys, and on top of it,little man wasn't feeling too hot, so it probably wan't the best day to be engaging in camera torture...however, we did manage to get some eye contact...it only took me placing a big daddy long legs on top of my head to get his attention and convince him that i wasn't all that bad.... but what can I say, getting pictures taken probably is not as fun as riding your Gator, playing in Daddy's truck, or exploring new constuction. Thanks for a peek into what the not-so-distant future holds for me little guy! And mom, remember that 20 blog comments earns you an 8x10 to display in the new house :)

The Perfect Gift
I can't think of a more perfect gift to this family than a beautiful, sweet baby girl...unless its maybe a photo session to take pictures of this sweet baby girl! Today's session was a shower gift- and what made me so excited about this session was how excited the giver was. She raised a good point-- most other baby gifts would be a distant memory 5 years from now, but custom newborn photography is forever. I'm so glad I could be a part of such a special gift, for such a wonderful little family. It was such a pleasure meeting you three today- enjoy that little gift of yours-pteradactyl cries and all! And remember to leave a comment on the blog- 20 and this little sweetie gets an 8x10 to hang in the nursery!
