A Guy, His Girl, and His Best Friend....

As much as I love photographing kiddos, sometimes it is so nice to not have to jump around and sing silly songs to get people to look at me, and to crack a grin.  Sometimes the furry kiddos require a little extra attention, but this guy, although excited to be at the park, was a good boy!  It was fun walking around the park with you guys today- have a great weekend, and enjoy your sneak peek lovebirds!

Seeing Red....and Green, and White!

This darling little redhead is just one of my favorite little ones to photograph---she is full of grins and smiles, and has the best wardrobe of any tot I know! In addition, her mom and grandmom are pretty fantastic too( and not just because they excel at singing goofy songs and bringing awesome distraction toys!) , and seeing them is always a bonus!  This morning, we got a jump start on Christmas pics and now I'm itching for the holidays, and it's not even Halloween yet!  Enjoy your sneak peek you guys!

Best Friend!

This little guy is just destined to be best friends with my new arrival, I just know it.  I can already see them getting into trouble together and mine hasn't even been born yet!  (Now I'm sure that has nothing to do with the fact that his beautiful momma and I have gotten into trouble together a few times....).   But seriously, with these gorgeous eyes, and sweet little features, how could this one not get into trouble, breaking every little heart in town?  He has mine, that's for sure...enjoy your sneak peek you guys- love you!

Glowing!

This gorgeous momma to be was just glowing the night of our session. One has Never Looked Sweeter!

This sweet little thing is turning one and I can't believe it. I have a canvas of her hanging in my studio from her newborn session, so for me, she has been frozen forever at that age...until now!  While she has grown up into a beautiful little girl, it's uncanny the resemblance she has to her newborn shots---the full lips, gorgeous head of hair,  and dainty little features.  Here she is as a newborn--  http://kristinstaplesphotography.blogspot.com/2010/10/just-perfect.html  and today, just as sweet! Mr. Serious Turns One!

Ahhh, this little man has done it again. Despite out best efforts, mom, grandmom and I could not get him to crack a smile for us---we got a few fleeting grins, but alas, the smile evaded us once again. I can't say I have ever seen a more serious one year old. But I do have to say that what he hides in smiles, he more than makes up for in the cuteness department!  Happy Birthday little man- it has been so wonderful to watch you grow this year.  Momma- enjoy your sneak peek- you earned it!
